These markets are held 3 times a week (Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday) Saturday being the biggest day.
All sorts of craft items as well as clothing, jewellery and cosmetics, are sold. Food, both fresh and cooked, also features prominently.
Had an intersting experience with a guy selling his pens who was trying to pass off a Chinese copy of a .30 calibre bullet as the real thing, he quickly shut up when told it was only a Chinese copy kit pen, not a real bullet pen!
After the markets we travelled down the coast, stopping at Mooloolaba for lunch, to Brisbane.
Some very nice boats to be seen here, as well as in other places along the coast.
