Stopped off at peak Hill and looked at the big open cut gold mine there, now out of action.
Had an easy drive today to Eumongerie where we camped at the Eumongerie Recreation Reserve.
Basic facilities, no hot showers only cold (pass!), but we met up with a nice couple from Romsey-Vic.
Soon after we arrived the caretaker rocked up with a ute load of firewood (all this for a $10 camping fee!) and we spent the evening nattering around a nice camp fire.
