Travelled down from St Helens via Bicheno, where I enjoyed my first Tasmanian Scallop Pie, yum!
On arrival in Freycinet National Park we discovered that we should have booked a camp site (which we never do!) and we were directed to one of their free camp sites 18kms back up the road at Friendly Beaches.
Great campsites, close to the beach, with little bays off a sandy track for each camping spot.
Just after we set up for "happy hour" we had some visitors!
After all that "foreign" food, junior decided it was time for a drink and Mum obliged.
